“I have been wanting this book for a long time and now I have it. It is a very good book with great photos and interesting history. It just misses out on 5 stars because it doesn't cover the differences between sub-types in a clear concise manner. You can sort of work out the differences from the overall text and the appendices but it would have been good to have a few pages dedicated to this aspect. Most of the other aircraft books I have do have such chapters.”

“I found this book in a bibliography (BC/RS) and at once wanted it as I like to read about tank-busters. The book per se is of highest quality. Even have a ribbon bookmark and few books have that. The content is excellent. Easy to read and still have so much information. Incredible high quality photos - I was actually stunned. Almost all of them are crystal clear and some are in color and full pages. I really love this book. Okay, it was pricey, esp for me living in Sweden and SEK is weak vs GBP or USD, but you get what you pay for. My only wish would be a couple of more maps. Especially of Rumania in '44 and Germany in '45. And about the Kuban bridgehead it was not much info, but it might be that the Hs 129 wasn't there for a long time, so I don't know. All in all a great book. One of the best I've read so far. But it now!”
