A great reference for Armor models! Very interesting historical accounts of units as well as in color paint schemes and markings. A real fountain of information.

Good, functional books. I use these for research and inspiration (I dabble in illustration) and the info and research is concise and unfussy, photographs are well sourced and often previously unpublished (as far as I can tell). Also good value. Only one reason to bitch- would like to see more Dennis Oliver stuff available on the site, some of the older stuff on Amazon etc. is only available for silly money.

I have recently purchased a copy of the book “Panther. Panther and Jagdpanther Units. Part 2”, and I have found it a most pleasing read. I appreciate specially the colour side views of the subject tanks, very well printed. Regarding the comments about the colour schemes it is clear for me at the author has deeply researched the subject but sometimes these comments are overdone. An example is the comments that accompany the side view on page 16 about which the author makes a very detailed study of the pattern of the camouflage dots applied to the side schurzen of the tank RO1, as if that were a piece of fine art. Probably the guy doing the job was bored of doing this repetitive job on dozen of tanks was doing his job in rather mechanically manner. I regret the only appears one side view of a Jagdpanther plainly painted in white, which add little interest to this long neglected tank. The uniform figures and details plus some tank badges are a welcome addition The comments about the units included are very detailed and condensate providing a good deal of information. I recommend this smartly presented booklet that makes a good relationship price/quality. The mail service provided by Panzerwrecks people is impeccable.

Although this publication is only 33 pages it’s packed with photos, unit establishments, accurate historical information of the units that were equipped with Panther/Jagdpanther in the east. The real beauty of this little book is the superb artwork that interpretates the photos as well as giving the reader crew uniform reference. Plenty of other facts are included making this a great little reference for modellers and military enthusiasts, thoroughly recommended, can only give it 4 stars due to its small number of pages but don’t let that put you off. I’ve been a WWII tank buff for over forty years and this little book didn’t disappoint, along with the great service from Panzerwrecks a great buy!
