“A truly fantastic book recording a little known battle over its course. The pictures are amazing, considering that most of them were reproduced from contact sheets containing up to 36 1 x1.5 inch frames. With the pictures being in chronological order it makes it possible to follow the battle through the day from the perspective of the three photographers concerned. The pictures of the Panther tanks are, to me, the highlight of the book the detail in them are truly incredible especially for modellers. The possibilities for dioramas are limitless. RMZ have done a superb job with this book, I thoroughly recommend it, yes it is expensive but worth every penny!”

“This book from RZM is a large book so as to provide best reproduction of the series of photographs that form the core of the book. Quality of build is excellent, excellent photographic reproduction, good quality paper sound binding, and sound binding. The authors have provided concise well-written captions that interpret the images in a sequential and logical manner, some of the photographs are well known yet many are new. The book may seem expensive but it will no doubt sell quickly.”
