“Before it arrived I could have predicted the content to some extent, however, there were many more softskin vehicles and figures than usual which suits me fine. The standard of modelling was well up to the mark, but I would like to see larger scales than 1/35, 1/16 for example with figurines being prominent, this might galvanise manufacturers into giving us a new Schimmwagen or 250 halftrack, OR, God forbid, a Bren Gun Carrier in that scale. All in all, it was good enough for me to order the companion volume but the formula is getting tired, more scratch building and a little less 3rd Reich please.”
