“Useful for modellers and wargamers, this is a nice book and an excellent guide on camouflage styles for German armoured vehicles during the Normandy campaign. The artwork profiles are presented in such a way as to give clear references on colours and patterns. Most colour profiles are interpreted from original black and white photographs.. Most profiles are grouped by unit, which makes this book a valuable reference for either the experienced 'veteran' reader or new 'recruit'. At a very reasonable price too, what's not to like? Highly recommended.”

“A number of factual historical errors and inaccuracies really let this book down. I was borderline between two or three stars...the colour plates are very good but if they cannot get the history right what else have they let slip.”
