“For what this book covers, it does a very good job. I gave the book five stars because it provided information I had been unable to find otherwise. (E.g, One line on page 6 talked about priming on bare metal.) Knowing the methodology of painting and markings helped a great deal in my quest to weatherize accurately. The examples were great in showing variations in battlefield application. I realize this book was not intended to be all things for all modelers. I would like to see more information on the degree camouflage was used. It's obvious there was great variety, but was this an exception rather than common practice?”
