Still not received my delivery that was supposed be to collected on the Wednesday for a Thursday delivery and it’s now Monday! I will definitely never use this service again, the only good service I received was from sue in the office who was a great help tracking my parcel

Hi Neal, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry to hear you had some trouble with your booking. I've had a look at the notes for your booking and I can see that, unfortunately, the driver was unable to collect your goods on the first attempt due to a road closure outside the collection point. Fortunately, we managed to collect your goods on the 8th July, and I can see that your pallet was successfully delivered today. I am saddened to hear you have decided not to use our services again. I'd like to stress that this does not reflect our usual, exceptional standards. Sadly, road closures amongst other things such as vehicle breakdowns and increased freight volumes can cause occasional delays. Excellent service, ordered a pickup of a pallet on the Tuesday evening. Pallet was picked up on the Wednesday and then delivered first thing on the the Friday morning. Could not have asked for more. Thankyou

I paid for you to bring a pallet and you never and the driver would not take the items unless they where on a pallet so A pallet was found / made-up and the drive agreed and took it then you called me and say the pallet is over sized and I need to pay for 2 pallets and I refused and then you return the pallet.You was in the wrong not bringing a pallet if you had none of this would of happened,I want my money refunding as you did NOT deliver the service I paid for,

Hi Darren, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your booking. I've had a look into this and, unfortunately, your goods were refused by the depot because they were oversized, which is larger than the size declared on your booking. Anything over 1.2m in length, and 1.0m in depth is considered oversized. When booking with us, it's extremely important to select the correct pallet size in line with our size guide, so we can make sure we have enough space on the vehicle. I can see that we gave you the option to pay the difference in cost between the full pallet size that you booked and the oversized pallet price so that we could continue to move your pallet to the delivery point, but when that was refused, we made sure to return the goods at your request. very pleased. First time i've had to use a palet collection service. Website was easy, i was out when the lorry came but the guy who collected the palet rang me to confirm what needed to be collected and then rang again once he had put the palet on the vehicle. very pleased
