“Invariably with transactions things don't always go to plan - customers services response was below the expected standard. PalletOnLine is well priced and on this occasion we managed to work things out. Additional details provided when booking, is not available when order is confirmed. Similarly the person collecting did not appear to have these pertinent details.”

Hi Helen, Thank you for leaving this feedback. I'm really sorry that things didn't quite go to plan. We're extremely proud of our proactive customer support team who are always on hand to help our customers through the delivery process, so it's surprising to hear that the service you received was below standard. Because of this, I've looked into the booking and I can see that there was an issue with the delivery side of this booking. Upon delivery, the ceramic/porcelain goods were delivered and signed for as a clean delivery, but then we were notified by a phone call that the goods were actually damaged on arrival and that you have some pictures of the damages. Following this phone call, a claim form was sent to you via email, but it doesn't look as though this form has been filled out and returned as yet. If you could take a look at this as a matter of urgency, please, and return the claim form with the images of the damage, we will get this processed for you. In the meantime, if you'd like to discuss your booking in any further detail, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. Best Regards, PalletOnline
