All I can say is its a pity that the big boys dont come up to pallet-line standard it was collected and delivered the next day, seamless Ist class, can fully recommend

Paid for a Tuesday pickup pre-3 pm and next day delivery pre-12. Goods weren't collected Tuesday and I wasn't informed. The goods collected on Wednesday at 3 pm, not before, were incorrect - 1 pallet rather than 2 collected; were the labels not checked at all, nor the actual quantity of pallets?? Delivery finally made 2 days late, my clients unhappy and so am I. Not impressed whatsoever.

Hi George, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your booking. I've had a look into this and, unfortunately, the collection depot were unable to collect your goods on the first occasion. This was due to the driver running out of time. Sadly, some depots across the country are under considerable strain at the moment due to huge freight volumes and, sometimes, drivers can run out of time to complete their collections due to the number of jobs they have on their schedule for the day. Usually, we’re extremely proactive when it comes to letting our customers know of any delays. Sadly, on this occasion, the collection depot didn’t notify us of any issues at the time, which meant we weren’t able to let you know until it was too late. We can only apologise for this failure in communication. When the driver arrived to collect the goods the following day, sadly, the driver was given the wrong goods to load. However, we were quickly made aware of the mix up and the driver went back to site to swap the goods as soon as possible. It's extremely important that everything is correct and ready to go when the driver arrives to prevent delays and any additional charges. To conclude, I’d like to offer my sincere apologies for the delays you experienced on this occasion. I completely understand your frustration. PalletOnline are proud to be one of the UK's most reliable pallet delivery services, therefore, instances like this are extremely rare, and it's just as disappointing for us as it is for you when these things happen. I really hope you will give us another chance to demonstrate our usual, industry-best standards in the future. You ripped me off charging extra because you couldn't drop off at the door But at least you got it there

Hi Gary, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you faced with your booking. I've had a look into this, and I can see that, unfortunately, the delivery depot was unable to deliver your pallet on the first occasion due to an access issue that we weren't made aware of. It's vital that you let us know of any access restrictions, as we need to ensure we send the right size vehicle. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was unable to access the delivery point due to their vehicle being too large. We made sure to reschedule the delivery in a smaller vehicle. We're really sorry that you feel we ripped you off, however, that's not the case. We make it clear that the customer must inform us of any access issues, with notices being shown on the order completion page and our terms and conditions. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused on this occasion, and I'm happy to hear that your goods got delivered safely.
