“I use oxypowder to control my constipation. I alternate between taking one tablet nightly and two tablets nightly and sometime the following day after two tablets I have a bowel movement. I don't have two tablets every day because if I do, I can get very loose bowel movements.”

“After trying many different supplements to help my husband's stubborn constipation I eventually saw a couple of members of an online health group recommend this supplement. It works brilliantly! He takes 2 capsules of ginger extract at night as it is a good prokinetic (stimulates the gentle gut movements) plus a couple of Oxy-powder capsules and he gets a brilliant result the next morning. It's been his saviour!”

“I took it on a full stomach and it didn't go down well. Very silly did not read the instruction just went a head and took it at night. Did not go down well as I was off for 2 days feom work.and I took just 1 tablet and it actually says take 1 with water ir lemon squeeze juice. I took it also with other supplements which it does day nit to so that my fault. Any way the next 2 days I couldn't eat anything so I started again and this time I up it to 1 tablet each day to see how much impact it had. Everyone is different, plus i realise you need to drink tons of water to get your stomach right down . The less you eat the better. Please dont leave the house. A lot of bubbling in the belly. I do not take it at night otherwise I will not be able to have a undisturbed sleep. And take some days off or do this on the weekend. I have actually lost a few pounds and it has flattened my stomach. I feel so light and my aches and pins have disappeared. It does make you realise that your diet Is a serious part of your life as it aff3cts your health 100 percent. Brilliant product and I will continue taking this as its all natural.”
