Dear Julie, Thank you for your review. Some of the products from GHCHealth are packaged in glass bottles. As such, we have to send these out to customers in a package that we deem unbreakable. We are always looking for more environmental solutions to our packaging, but so far the inflatable air sacs are the only solution available to us at this time, in order for us to guarantee our customers receive their goods in a useable condition. We have tried using shredded cardboard and paper as packaging, but the amount used increases the postage cost, as well as package size, all of which contribute to our carbon footprint. Hopefully, someone will develop an eco-friendly version of this packaging which we can adopt, but at present, this is the only way we have to send glass goods in a safe way. I hope this explains our position, and why your goods were sent in this way. Thanks John
