“Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Jumper, tried on by myself once for one minute didn’t fit so returned to oxygen clothing very carefully placing it back into the bag. Contacted by them to say I wouldn’t be receiving a refund as I’d left grease on the jumper which was completely untrue. Contacted customer services very rude manager told me my options were to pay them a further £9 and they would send the jumper out to me again or they will throw the jumper in the bin. Never received my refund and never received the jumper again, 2 months later. Please avoid this company absolute scam. You can Read other reviews which will continue this theme of problems online.”
