“Order #A665802: Paul & Shark Polo Shirt Item arrived with a long faded horizontal line across the chest. Kind of like when you apply a hot dry iron over a crease. Returned and explained that the item was damaged. They still charged £7.99 for postage and claimed the mark was just a crease that would wash out. Not sure how washing an item would remove a scorch mark but they wouldn’t budge. Will not be using this store again and advise all to avoid!!”
