“Sealskinz Langham Cap There were a few unsatisfactory issues that were immediately apparent with this cap: 1. The overall quality of the cap is extremely poor and the manufacturing construction feels cheap. 2. The internal headband continually drops down and will not stay in place within the cap due to poor design, wrong choice of material and poor construction. 3. The quality of the clasp and tab-slot is cheap and insubstantial. Finally, it was disappointing to see such a large and inappropriate plastic clamp on the display packaging when conscientious manufacturers are trying to reduce or remove unnecessary plastic from their products. Sadly, this cap was so bad that I returned it to Outdoor GB for a refund. Their customer service was great and I received the refund quickly, so credit to them. I was so disappointed with the cap that I contacted Sealskinz directly to let them have some customer feedback... they didn't respond, which says it all really.”
