“I bought this jacket as I have always had berghaus products over the years. Slightly disappointed with the quality of This one. The jacket seems to be emitting feathers at an alarming rate . And before anyone says this is normal , I already own jackets with down insulation and I know they do shed the odd feather here and there , but not as bad as this.”

“Had this a few weeks now and it does the job. Wear it to walk my dog in the evenings with only a tshirt underneath and its very warm. Only downside is I miss the external chest pocket that my previous coat had.”

“I bought this and within a few days it started moulting feathers, after complaining to OutdoorGB I was informed that this was normal! An odd feather is acceptable but up to 12 feathers coming out all the time is unacceptable! I asked for a swap or refund but was told NO! Beware! If Outdoor GB were to honour a refund I would purchase another product through them!”
