“I've bought a Berghaus Paclite Jacket again as I think they are really good and well made. But, they don't last forever as the lightweight Gore-Tex inner skin does eventually come away from the outer woven fabric in a away that doesn't happen with the full weight Gore-Tex materials. OK, it will take years, about 7 for me, but it will start to happen.”

“This jacket just got me through the wettest October I can remember - dry! It packs down small to fit in a rucksack pocket. It’s light and highly breathable so I haven’t got clammy and the waterproofing has worked perfectly. Sleeves are a bit long for me but have Velcro straps, so I can tighten them back at the wrist.”

“Yet to test it in serious rain but very light and no doubt it will do as it says on label. My fault but I thought it would have a roll away hood like my previous Paclite, so a bit surprised to find that was not the case.”

“Packs real small. Hood adjustment is excellent to keep it around the face and the hood moves with the head so when looking left or right, you can see! Good pockets and of course water and wind proof.”
