“Good service from ExtremeGB, bit slow delivery but that was not their fault, bought at the height of lockdown! I bought a pair of these some years ago from another shop. They are really comfortable, good grip etc, suitable for all terrains that I am likely to be on. Also light enough to be able to drive in. So I used them as everyday, all purpose shoes. Unfortunately after about 9 months the some tags that hold the laces wore through. Scarpa replaced the shoes with no fuss, but after another year or so it happened again. After that I tried a couple of other brands of similar approach shoes. None were as comfortable, so I decided to try Scarpa again. I fitted D-ring lace holders to the old pair. Very little tread left on them, but still very comfortable and in use for going to the letterbox etc. I’ll see how long these last.”

“On my 5th pair, never off my feet. Usually get about 2 years constant wear out of them before they give up the ghost.”
