“No exaggeration! They are beautifully made Italian walking shoes - made in Italy by a specialist sports shoemaker. They are so comfortable, you can almost use them as bedroom slippers if you were that way inclined. Superb and lasting quality - my previous pair lasted more than five years constant walking - I had to make myself buy another pair. The tread was wearing a little bit thin on the old ones. But I could not bring myself to throw them away. They really are the best quality - as you would expect from a country like Italy - with all those mountains to walk up!”

“This is the second pair of Scarpa Vortex I have purchased and I am very impressed with them. My first pair are still going after regular use for a few years. They fit well and are very comfortable. I would recommend these, for someone who wants good wearing and well fitting trainers.”
