“Very unpleasant experience. If you don't call you don't get any response. Bought a Jaguar FSpace 12v ride on, looked good on picture but the quality is below par especially the seat safety. I don't know what the "licensed" represent because the overall quality is poor. Visible screws on the door, seat 'secured' with 1 single self fitting screw, seat belt with the same screw on each side. Slight pull and it comes off! Had to return the item, and was charged £30 for return without any details. Again I had to call for the refund. I will 100% NOT recommend buying from outdoor toys. I certainly WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. Businesses are built on trust, quality product and good customer service, outdoor toys falls short in all these areas.”
