“I thought I'd try this as I think the Super Carbs drink works really well for me (5 stars). I thought this would be a good mid marathon fuel option so I tried on a 20 mile training run. Unfortunately the gel didn't agree with me and I felt quite ill after my run. Worth a try if gels work for you as easier to carry than a drink.”
