“I used to drink the chocolate whey protein recovery drinks after a hard workout, of course you have to find the flavour that works for you and every brand is different. However, I made the switch to OTE Chocolate Soya Protein recovery sachets as the flavour is the same as the Whey version only for me it tastes better, I think it's the soya having some kind of granules making the texture much nicer. Both the whey and soya versions of the OTE Chocolate Protein recovery drink are great (my daughter prefers the whey version). I mix a about a 5th of water with milk and then add the sachet, very convenient as you can take it unmixed with you. They work for me and help prevent those heavy legs the next morning :-)”
