“Love the OTE gels for training and competing. They are not thick or too concentrated which I find often with other gels which make you feel like you need a drink to wash it down. Very refreshing and easy to consume. Highly recommend”
“The perfect energy gel…! Absolutely love everything about these. The taste is amazing - really natural and really tangy. Make you look forward to every sip! The packaging is really great too. I’ve used a few of these now on long runs and have had no problems getting them open on the move, even with gloves on, whereas I have had issues with other brands. I also love the fact that there are two different size tear-off strips depending how much you want to gulp at a time! I really noticed the difference in performance on a long run and how they lifted my energy levels after taking them every 30mins. Again, I haven’t so much with other brands and have just taken them in the hope they’re helping. Excellent product and definitely by far my favourite energy gel I’ve found - please don’t ever change them!!! :-)”
