“I love this gel as it is more liquidy than some of the other well known brands (SIS for example) and therefore when you take it on the move, on the bike etc, you can easily swallow it without you mouth becoming sticky and unpleasant. I've always found it very easy to digest as well while on the move. Totally recommend it, and a great flavour.”
