“I was looking for an energy bar that was easy to chew, digest and had a great taste when I am out on my usual 3 hour Sunday spin. The Duo Bar ticks all three boxes. I have a small bite every half hour which ensures my energy levels remain constant on the ride. Surprisingly you don’t need a drink to wash them down as they are very moist indeed. I don’t have a preference as both flavours taste great with me having a sweet tooth.”
