“These bars i find excellent for use on my bike rides. There not heavy on the stomach and if I nibble on these during ride I don’t find myself devouring the fridge as soon as I arrive home from ride.”

“Nice and tasty, quite sweet but enjoyable to eat with a cuppa at home or out and about. Much better than other brand so called oat bars.”
