“These are my go-to energy bars. I often make my own, but if I'm short on time (very often) nothing comes close to these lovely oat bars. I eat one before my Ironman swim (breakfast of porridge a couple of hours earlier), and after the swim while I get changed in transition and that means I never get hunger pangs. They are also good 2h before a Zwift race in the afternoon when the race is annoyingly past your usual dinner time. It means I never need to use gels in training and can leave those for the really longer than expected rides/ironman race run.”
