“Trying out new energy food for cycling and I really like these bars. They're moist and easy to eat with good flavour if you like a caramel type flap jack bar, although I couldn't really taste banana but I guess they add moisture and energy. As with most energy food, you did need to wash them down with one or two sips of water/drink. They're a good size and on long rides I find about 1 every 30mins or equivalent energy source is about right.”
