“It is more than 5 working days since I ordered my shoes and still awaiting . They are stuck somewhere in the Royal Mail depot . Despite well published strike by the Royal Mail before Xmas to maximise the disruption the company did not use this information and use another company to deliver my gift to my son . Now I won’t have any Xmas gift to give to my son . Very dissatisfied with the company’s delivery method”

“Such a suprise. As I opened the box, removed the polish, removed the shoe horn and unwrapped the shoes. I wasn't expecting them to be in individual bags. It was brilliant. Then to see two lots of laces. All in all a great experience. Will be buying more for sure.”
