“I have purchased many Oswin Hyde shoes in the past. I have purchased two pairs of shoes on 26th November - the items were not delivered and stated my address didn’t exist. I understand this isn’t Oswin Hyde but delivery companies. However I have contacted via email to ask how to rectify this issue and I am yet to get a response from customer service which is disappointing. It’s been over two weeks now and I haven’t received the items I purchased or a response to discuss rectifying the issue.”
