“The shoe was delivered damaged (manufacturing defect). I had an immediate response via WhatsApp, asking me to return it, and mark that I was requesting a replacement. I did so, and having heard nothing for a week, reached out again via WhatsApp. I received a phone call, assuring me that the exchange would be processed. 5 days later, without any further correspondence, I received a refund LESS carriage. How any firm can consider it acceptable practice to deduct carriage, when the goods were faulty, is beyond me. Sadly, my first and last purchase from Oswin Hyde. N.B. I have attempted to resolve this via WhatsApp, without success.”
