“Shoes lasted less than 6 months and then the heel was completely ruined, not particularly durable if you want a reliable pair of shoes which will last. I tried to claim on my warranty but the customer service team are excruciatingly slow at responding and reluctantly accepted my claim. Once a replacement pair was sent out they had sent out a used pair of shoes with marks all over the leather and sole. I chased them up several times on this and finally when I got through they said they would not replace them again until I sent the shoes back so I’m now having to wait a further two weeks to have this issue resolved. Really poor service and quality from the team, very disappointed”

“Oswin Hyde are impressive. Shoes were excellent quality, delivery as expected. However as the right shoe is painfull due to my right ankle, return all good. I would certainly go back to Oswin Hyde.”
