“Tried the shoes on but not worn them yet, look decent quality but appear to come up a bit bigger than usual, only time will tell how they wear.”

“Ordered my shoes, was told quick delivery approx 3 days. A week later, and my shoes still have not arrived. Poor communication from Oswin Hyde throughout. Was told a partial refund would be transferred to my account along with email notification to confirm. This has not been received either. Recieved email regarding writing a review, despite the fact my shoes still have not arrived. Very disappointing experience.”

“Shoes arrived in great time. Perfectly packaged and nice touch with the addition of a shoe horn and polishing sponge. Will definitely be back for future purchases.”

“Simply not able to write a review on a shoe that hasn’t arrived yet, appreciate the Royal Mail strike is out of your control but perhaps turn your review send out until you find a new courier of the strike situation has been resolved”
