“Premium product. I’m loving my new backpack. The price point and ease of ordering and delivery were superb. One of the interior zipped pockets however does have a zipper pull missing, so the quality control let the side down, hence the 4 stars and not 5 stars.”

“Still waiting after a week for it to arrive Edit: it arrived finally, the wait was due to royal mail. No fault of Oswin Hyde. The bag is perfect, lot bigger than I thought it'd be with plenty of compartments. Stylish, sturdy and comfortable. Can't fault it!”
