“Ordered size 8 but found these were too large. Returned & replaced with size 7 (no half sizes) which were unsurprisingly too small. While the first return was free the second is at my own expense which isn’t very obvious on the website. Disappointed to have this unexpected expense when original order was my usually size & I’ve never had a problem with shoe size before.”
