“Each time the filters need changing, which I do every 6 months as an individual user, it feels that I'm discarding something substantial that could be reused. Would it not be worth the company sending out the filters in a returnable container with a postage-paid return slip? The returned and used filters opened, old internal filter material replaced with new then be resold? Surely the casings of the 4 filters have a greater value than the cost of the return postage. The conclusion would be that all parties are happy; the seller (Osmio) increasing profit and the customer doing their part in recycling. Would like to think this was a viable action.”
