“I was under the assumption that this being specifically designed for hard water, and living in London where the water is hard, it would mean less frequent changes. But the problem is the Replace Water light goes on much sooner (sometimes only after dispensing one cup of water), when the tank is still pretty much full, and it would be very wasteful / inefficient to discard all of it. When I didn't do this, I noticed teh filtration didn't work. Within a month of usage, the Maintenance light is on, rendering the filters useless. What an absolute waste of money!”
