“Hi I’m Writing this review because I’m very disappointed with the service. I tried to ring for advice on the type of filter I needed because it’s my first order. I couldn’t hear the lady on the other end of the call. She told me what filter to buy and go to the website to order. The filter has come, I’ve changed it and the water is very cloudy.. I’d like advice but reluctant to call back. I’m not even sure that I’ve got the correct one. Is the water ok to drink ?? I’ve no idea! Disappointed because it’s a very expensive £400+ work top water filter machine.”
