“Filters and kit is fine. Fair price given we only need to replace them twice a year. A lot of plastic though. I appreciate it needs to be kept sterile but the filters are plastic and there is a lot of plastic wrapping.”

“After nearly 10 minutes of trying I managed but in all sincerity it’s not the point - the others fit like a glove I had absolutely no problem screwing them on the threads seem different on these bottles Whether you accept it or not unfortunately it’s happened here and it was frustrating and I’m not being critical (even though that’s the way it may come across) this is feedback from a client who happens to love this contraption and the bottles are just different Thanks for asking Regards Diane As I said I tried with the old ones again and again and they just fit like a glove it’s not the user it’s not me received the filters thank you very much! These feel different, the other ones screw off and on with ease and these are very difficult to screw back on The size is a little thinner than the ones you usually send. The screw on these ones is very difficult. I am not happy with these at all regards”

“The filters packs are ok, the problem is that I have had an issue when I have done the descaling and I had to open the machine, to clean the valves. After that operation the osmio machine is leaking every day, and continuously. I have to use a plastic tray below the machine. I would have been really helpful if a technician could have come to my home to check what is the problem, because it’s still there, and I don’t know how to solve it.”
