“I've had an osmio machine for a couple of years now but unfortunately since the last filter replacement the machine continually indicates it needs mainenace i.e. filters replacement even though they have been replaced and are corrcetly fitted. Other than that it works well.”

“Good day, I'm satisfied with the product. I had 2 orders, the first on the EU website, the second on the UK website. EU logistics, I think through a Polish distributor, is suboptimal. No stock, long delivery times and (I suppose) miscommunication about stock. Ordering on the UK website is a bit more expensive, but perfect. Thanks for the good product, kind regards, Bart.”
