“I have had my RO water filter for over two years now. It's excellent quality and so are the replacement filters. I like the reminder to buy new ones as I know they are essential the continued smooth running of my machine and I highly value the clean water supply. They are delivered promptly. If I ever have any concerns, the helpline is accessible, patient and understanding”

“After putting these filters in my water has become cloudy and not drinkable. I’ve contacted customer service but have been told to do something that I have done multiple times. Nothing has worked. I’m very disappointed since I’ve paid soo much for this filter.”

“Ordered this based on picture, but when arrived they looked different. Messaged the company Friday evening, not expecting to hear anything til the following week from them but they replied Saturday morning. Explaining the difference and that these were the correct ones for my system. Swapped them in and they are working fine and water tastes the same as before, so I know they are doing what they need to. So my review is product does what it’s suppose to. But my review is the company customer service is really good and supportive. I’m sure in a years time when I need to buy more replacement filters I will just message them and they will sort me out with the correct replacement without me having to go through the website and try and work it out myself.”
