“Water quality is great, no questions asked. Very useful with temperatures (hot, boiling etc), and a clever design in regards to water filtering and dirty water in the same tank: just empty old, fill out with new. The only two things I don't really like are: - the 'dial': it feels a bit 'clunky and cheap'. Takes not one, but two, or three 'clicks' to move to next position, guess it's because when pressing it (to 'start') it also moves by one click (and would then accidentally switch it to a different position than intended) - the water outlet: it looks like there was effort spent in designing it, but it does not work correctly: Ideally it would provide a 'smooth stream' (given it's at a high position), but instead it 'splashes around' and I have coffee, tea etc drops all over the machine, quite annoying. For the price of this device (compared to a standard 'under-the-sink' RO filters) I really expected some much better quality of these 'kettle' functions. But because water is great, the kettle is handy, I can't be bothered to return the device and will happily use it 'as is'. But the above could really be improved - it's a great idea, great filter, don't compromise on these two things as it destroys the experience. Good luck, Lukasz”

“The system is exactly what I've been looking for. The tech specifications and information on research gives us confidence it does what it is supposed it, unlike some much advertised alternatives. Now that we have been using it for a few months, we are very happy with it and have had no issues. The only inconvenience with this model is that you need to refill manually, which we end up doing once to twice a day. Saying that, it is what we needed for our current living circumstances!”

“I bought the Osmio Zero to avoid having to get bottled water for the espresso machine as I live in a hard water area. It works very well for this and for making water to drink (no chlorine smell) and for instant boiling water. The filtered water also makes excellent ice cubes. The turn and press control works well but is a bit fiddly and a simpler four button system might be easier to use. An adjustment on the height of the drip tray would be great as you have to hold a cup near the nozzle to get really hot water without splashing. We found an upside down jug works as a a cup stand but it isn’t very elegant. The whole unit is a really professionally designed water filtration system avoiding all the issues with a permanently plumbed in solution.”

“Bought this to feed my espresso machine and it works well for that. The boiling water dispenser is less satisfactory - it takes a few seconds for the water to heat up so that needs to be collected but don't press stop or it reverts back to ambient. Overall, very satisfied for my use”
