“Wow, what a great machine.. The water out of the Osmio system is so pure - there is no going back to dirty tap water. My only negative observation would be not to expect cold water straight after you have used the boiling water - the pipes need time to cool down, still you can get boiling water on tap... amazing !!”

“The water tastes like machine/metal every time I disperse water after more than an hour has passed. I have to disperse a bit to remove the taste, throw the bad water, then fill a cup.”

“The Osimo Zero has replaced out kettle and bottled water. Our area has hard water with 520ppm of dissolved solids so the difference in water quality is huge when using the Zero. I am completely satisfied with the product, would definitely recommend the Osimo Zero”

“Overall this is great. The water tastes excellent, the filtration time is fast and relatively quiet, the machine looks good and is a good size for the counter. There are 2 design issues I would change to make it 5 stars. When you press the button the stop water flowing there’s a delay of 3 whole seconds so you have to plan ahead when to press it. Not a big deal for an adult but my young children don’t have those spatial and mental skills yet and I can’t let them get their own water anymore which is a real shame. We now keep a glass on hand for moments we forget or misjudge and overflow a glass (the supplied drip catcher isn’t helpful unless you only fill glasses or other small containers but I use it for cooking pots etc). The flow stops instantly for heated water so it’s clearly possible and I can’t understand the logic behind the delay. The second issue is there’s no child lock. The machine dispenses boiling water, it’s a terrible accident waiting to happen. I hope Osmio will have fixed these design flaws before you buy yours, then it will be a truly excellent product.”

“This Osmio Zero has been a great addition to our kitchen. The water tastes so much better than what we get out of the tap or the various water filter jugs that we have used. The ability to get various levels of hot water out is a huge bonus. Its easy to setup and use and would highly recommend it.”
