“I need hot, purified water in small amount, like a cup of tea, or soup etc. Not industrial scale. This is perfect. I can move it to my weekendhouse when I want or wherever I might need it. The package arrived in superb condition and with the correct specifications. The staff were very helpful in handling my special requests and in handling customs.”

“Hi, we are quite disappointed with our 2nd Osmio. It makes superloud noises (a little bit like a tractor) before filtering and while filtering. I am pretty sure something is wrong, sounds like a metal plate or something similar that might be loose? Our first one would just make a noise while filtering. Can you please get back to me for an exchange of product. Happy to send you some sound files ... We also never receive the free filter package, which should come with the recommendation we gave. Thank you for letting me know how we can solve this issue.”
