“I honestly never write reviews but I am very impressed with my machine so far. Not only does it look great but it’s so straightforward to use. Admittedly I haven’t had it long enough to need to change the filters but was impressed on how easy it is to set up (unlike another brand machine I purchased last year which I had nothing but problems with and had to send it back). I fully expected the water to have a certain taste which I expected to have to get used to BUT I can honestly say, this is best tasting water I have ever drunk and I can tell the difference between 4 different mineral waters. I am a massive bottled water drinker for over 30 years but stopped drinking from plastic bottles 2 years ago after having hormone sensitive cancer. I then drunk Brita filtered tap water but mentally it didn’t sit right with me about the pharmaceuticals left in the water which as I understand it are only removed by reverse osmosis. That is why I have invested in this machine and I now feel mentally a lot more comfortable drinking the 2 litres a day that I have always drunk. I also use the hot water facility to make my coffee. I would definitely recommend it and genuinely love it.”

“very disapointed with this purchase and my follow uo customer service, found the water to have an awful chemical taste every first glass, impossible to drink as it tatses nothing like healthy water, i enquired about this and was told it goes after 2 weeksand settles down. This was not the case and has not changed, this basically means you fill up 4 litres in the tank and end up throwing away 50% of it. there is no mention of this in the sales and i was told send it back and get a partial refund. Really poor customer service and response. Machine is either faulty or this is how it is and they should tell you how bad it can taste when you take every first cup. Not a word in any of the sales pitch, my friend has a frizzlife machine and this problem does not occur. Total waste of money and i still do not know if it is faulty as they had no interest and poor responses to my emails. im not one for complaining but taste is disgusting avoid this machine.”
