“Does exactly as it says on the tin, really quick and easy. Just makes sure you rinse thoroughly before you use. It took a couple more rinses to remove sterilizer properly.”

“Easy to install sanitisation kit, easy to do just follow instructions on line , just make sure you use it when you change the filters, as I didn’t realise it needed sanitising when I first changed my filters after 6 months.”

“My first time sanitising the system- I followed the instructions on you tube, as many steps to follow. Not difficult as well designed, but took quite a while. The empty tubes, two extra filters and sterilising tablets cost around £25. Put the radio on and just got it done. I expected the maintenance light to turn off, spoke to the customer service lady and followed a few basic instructions to reset, basically turning off the electric supply, opening and closing the water reservoir lid a couple of times etc. Because I am so happy with the osmio zero water machine and want to keep it in good working condition, got through the lengthy process and happy to know it's all done and remains clean inside.”
