“For context I used to have an H2O undersink filter. It was very easy to replace, just connect the inflow and outflow pipes. This product is not so easy to install. Firstly you need to buy food quality silicon greese and PTFE tape. The tape is a concern as it highlights that without this you may end up with leaks. The old filter had just two points where you could get a leak, this product there are 5, the inflow & outflow, the parts that connect to the inflow and out flow, plus the bowl. Not to mention you need to screw it into your cupbord. The manual with the product is useless and in a better version that was kindly sent by Osmio it asks you to tighten the inflow / outflow connection part with a plumbers wrench, which I did and the plastic part broke. I think I have it all working now, but it has taken a couple of weeks and a lot of corse language. Very nearly threw it all in the bin. If I had my time again I would avoid.”
