“My D7 is now up and running again. Osmio made it easy to return and liaised with us at each stage of deinstall and reinstall. The machine was given the once over and now it works again just plugging and playing as advertised. I was initially concerned when reading Trustpilot reviews however I have experienced only attentive and prompt customer service from Osmio so I would recommend.”

“Great service. Only charged us for the delivery. Our reverse osmosis on bench machine is like a part of the family and it’s so great that Mark and his crew help us look after it so well. Can’t recommend Osmio highly enough So far.”

“I need a new part for our tri-flow tap. The service was excellent. I also need a new screw cover that was not in stock so I ordered that separately. To remove the old valve I had to damage the fitting screw and was initially disappointed that the new one wasn't included with the valve, and although the part was listed Osmio said that it was not available. However, a quick email to Osmio and they had a new cover to send and included a screw for free. Sop not 5 star bu a very helpful 4 star. Thanks Osmio.”
