“Concerned that replacement O-rings for a 5-year-old tap did not fit. The replacement chrome tap, at a very reasonable price, was much appreciated, although the original was Black which is no longer available. This meant that a now 71year old had to crawl under the kitchen sink to fit the tap. I have no idea what the cost would have been if a plumber was employed to fit the tap. In summery £12.50 for the O-rings, £35.00 for the tap £ xx for a plumber Just because the O-rings for the original were not available. Customer service was excellent and very prompt, possibly the best I have had.”
