“I’ve bought DDW many times from Osmio and it’s always delivered promptly. On one occasion a new driver delivered my DDW to the wrong address and I couldn’t find it. Osmio sent me a new replacement case of DDW that day with no questions asked and chased up the order (many companies don’t do this and say “delivery is not our problem) The original case of DDW was eventually found so I informed Osmio as they were so honest and helpful it would have been wrong for me to keep the original case.”

“Good product but Seller sent an item poorly packaged, just box not wrapping. Driver left parcel and quickly drove off. Upon inspection found the box and some items were damaged. Seems like it was dropped or something heavy pushed against it. The worst delivery company ever DPD local. No wonder they are known as Damage Parcels Daily.”
