Compact system and tastes great! Had a bit of trouble with a faulty unit but Osmio's customer service was brilliant at helping us solve it.

The system itself seems very good, the resulting filtered water is really good so I can't fault it there, there are just a couple of issues: The supplied fitment that is meant to go inline with your mains water feed into your kitchen tap to give a 3/8" push fit spur is not fit for purpose - the 3/8" spur screws into a larger male/female 15mm attachment but it will not form a tight seal when screwed in, no matter how much PTFE I put around the threads of the spur, it cannot cope with mains water pressure (I have low-mid range mains pressure so it's not at all high) and it slowly leaks. Inspecting it closer, it seems to just be a quality issue unfortunately, it has not been accurately engineered. Luckily I was able to put in place a standard 15mm tee and then add a 15mm to 3/8" push fit adapter to give me a water-tight spur from my mains feed into the D7. The other small issue is that the website and the manual don't agree on the size of the output from the D7 to your tap, it IS 3/8" not 1/4" push fit connection. So the water input and output from the D7 are both 3/8" push fit, and the waste output from the D7 is 1/4" push fit. Those issues aside, now that I have it installed and working I'm really happy with it and it would get 5* if those issues didn't exist. It is a bit noisy (our previous filter was just an inline not RO so we're not used to having a small pump making some noise) but it's not intrusive, and I will probably get some sound deadening to put under the unit to dampen the noise further.
